Wass Dat On Ya Neck!?

Ppl often ask me: wass dat on ya neck? wat does it mean?

once i got a (white) girl say, and i quote "i seen alott black ppl wit that on, what does it mean? -_- .. and den u get those ppl who think u dont kno and try and test u..

at first i didnt kno wat it meant, i knew it was an eygptian symbol, i saw a rapper wit it on and i thought it looked hot, the day i bought it i was told basically wat it meant, mine is like the pic above but not strings, beads

but yes i do kno wat it is and its meanin and i actually been readin up on it, i like eygptian history, and im here to tell u wat it means, its too much stuff for one post, so ima keep it short as possible and spit a lil knowledge to you lol

LEGGO.. WELL! The symbol is an Ancient Eygptian symbol called an "ANKH" (pronounced Unk) & it basically means [Eternal] Life, ppl have many meanings and can be found on many Eygptian hieroglyphics, but in the end it all connects to Life..

some believe it represents the loop represents the sunrise, the vertical sign represents the path the sun makes.. thus sunrise reps another day of "LIFE"

some believe the loop is a vagina and the other part is a penis lol idk but the Egyptians believe in orgasms helping different aspects of "lIFE" such as stress and basically unneeded energy, and i like me some ORGASMS =)

also the symbol is closely associated wit the Goddess of love venus and look at the Ankh-like symbol

but anyway, some think the loop is the female and the T is the male, forcing it combine "LIFE"

i also read that it means POWER, FERTILITY and PROSPERITY...

from now on ima wear the chain for Power, Wealth, Prosperity (Fertility not so much, kids is nowhere in my plans) therefore leading to a better "LIFE"
